products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in

returned. Packages received that are missing a RMA number on the
outside will be returned to sender.
All products must be returned in the

credit your account for returned product(s) at our discretion.
Non defective items (see below for
exceptions on DVD's and Pepper Spray) can be returned for refund but
subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking
charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from
date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products
returned without explicit permission from WholesalePersonalSafety.Com.
Any return must be authorized by a
representative of WholesalePersonalSafety.Com and under no circumstances
will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping
instructions will be provided by WholesalePersonalSafety.Com. No returns for refund will
be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by

but are found to be in working condition will be returned to the
customer after a fee of $19.95 has been received. This fee covers our
inspection time and return shipping.
All sales on DVD's are final. Refunds for DVD's will not be issued.
Defective DVD's can be returned for replacement with another copy.
All sales on pepper spray are final. We will replace incorrectly
shipped items or defective items only.
& HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and
sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we
incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders
might need to be cancled, we are unable to do it free of charge.
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be
assessed a 10% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow
our return policies & procedures. The cancellation will have to be
treated as a return with all applicable fees.
